Pop Art Gallery
2010 Student Self-Portrait Pop Art Created using KidPix, this project involves several technical art skills including layering and cropping. Students must be inventive and creative to make these effects by adding layers. As part of this project, students learned about the history of Pop Art and read about Roy Lichtenstein (using our new art wiki) and Andy Warhol. We looked at the many versions including the "Coca Cola Effect" and "Marilyn Effect".
